Book Tour Review of The Choice
Description
Carrie Weaver was looking forward to running away with Solomon Riehl, a pitcher for the Lancaster Barnstormers, this meant that they would have to leave their Amish community where they grew up. My Review
I found The Choice to be a very quick read and really hard to put down. The writing flowed easily as a feather floating down a stream. It is a beautifully written inspirational story of God, faith, love, thankfulness.
The changes that Carrie went through were "real life" changes that some people go through in todays world. It was interesting that though Carrie had more than her share of devastation, she got through it all with her unending belief in God, her faith that would not be shaken, and her incredible strength through it all. The valuable lessons she learned through her experiences helped her grow during her life. The Choice is a must read for today's world. Seems we could all use more simplicity in our lives today.

Nice review!
I also enjoyed “The Choice” and look forward to reading Suzanne Woods Fisher’s next novel.
I thought the plot was great – robust and satisfying – like a flavourful wine. There were twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. There were love triangles, wise old grandmas, wise elders who gave loving counsel, caring sisters, jail birds, guarded secrets, mystery, and sweet, sweet romance. The chemistry between the two main characters was very believable and I enjoyed it immensely.
